These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Atlantic Parking Services ("Atlantic Parking Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
When you opt in, Atlantic Parking Services may send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry or relationship with us, including replies to questions submitted through our website, quotes and customer-care follow-ups, appointment and scheduling reminders, and updates about a job application you submitted. We do not send unsolicited promotional text messages.
How to Opt In
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on www.atlanticprkg.com, or by providing your phone number and express consent to a member of our team. The consent box is never pre-selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or of employment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or application. In most cases you will receive only the messages needed to respond to you.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in again through our website form or contact us.
Help and Support
For help, reply HELP to any message, call us at (888) 224-7275, or use the contact form on this website.
Privacy
Mobile Opt-In, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
